- 01
Supplier Risk & Diversification Review
We review your current suppliers, landed costs (including tariffs) and risks, then recommend alternatives. A good first step if tariffs or quality problems are squeezing you.

Sourcing Project
Supplier search, vetting, samples and negotiation, through your first production order.
- 03
Quality Control
Factory audits, in-production checks, pre-shipment inspections and container-loading supervision. In-person visits have a 3-day minimum; travel is billed at cost.

Procurement Retainer
Your outsourced procurement team: supplier management, reorders, cost reviews and logistics coordination.
Most engagements start at $2,500. You'll receive a written quote and our full rate card after your fit call.
KG-03 / How we get paid
How we get paid
You pay us. Our fees are agreed in writing before any work starts. On client projects we take no hidden commissions from factories. On Trade Desk orders where Kemex Group acts as the seller, our margin is included in the price we quote you, and we tell you that upfront.
KG-04 / What we don't do
What we don't do
We don't source counterfeit or replica goods, banned or unregistered cosmetics, or anything we can't ship legally. We coordinate licensed customs brokers and freight forwarders rather than acting as one.
