How do you price projects?+
We provide free, detailed written estimates after a consultation. Pricing is based on scope, surface area, prep required, and product selection — and the number you see is the number you pay.
How long will my project take?+
Most residential interior projects take 2–5 days. Commercial and government projects vary by scope; we always provide a clear timeline before starting.
What products do you use?+
Premium-grade Sherwin-Williams, Benjamin Moore, and PPG products by default. We can match any specified product for commercial or government scopes.
Are you insured?+
Yes — fully insured with general liability and workers' compensation coverage on every job. Certificates available on request.
Do you offer a warranty?+
Yes — every job is backed by our 2-year workmanship warranty.
Do you work after hours for commercial spaces?+
Absolutely. We routinely schedule evenings, weekends, and phased work to minimize disruption to your operations.
Do you handle property-management turnovers?+
Yes — make-ready turnovers are a core service. We offer volume pricing and dedicated PM scheduling.
What's your service area?+
All of Illinois. We're headquartered in St. Charles and serve Chicagoland, the western suburbs, and statewide.
Do you accept government and prevailing-wage work?+
Yes. We are SAM-registered, prevailing-wage capable, and actively pursuing MBE/WBE and WOSB certifications.
How do I pay?+
We accept ACH, check, and major credit cards. Larger projects use milestone-based progress billing.
